Generating personality analyses
Herein we collaborate with the LINC GmbH, which together with the University Lüneburg has come up with a new concept for personality analyses. The LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER provides a new approach in the field of personality analyses and -development. It is an online tool, based on the psychologically soundest models, generating a much differentiated profile of character traits, motives and competences. The individual results facilitate a completely fresh look at one’s own personality and hence become – ideally paired with training or coaching – the point of departure for actual, sustainable ongoing development.
