The introduced candidate / applicant is verified and identified by us beforehand. After our verification and when we find that the candidate is a suitable candidate in the light of your expectations we will submit a report to you together with the candidate’s preprocessed application documents. We will also coordinate a date when you can meet the applicant on your premises.

Then the headhunter draws up a qualified profile of the potential candidate with the background of qualification, his emotions and ratio. We identify candidates who are professionally integrated in companies or groups.

HR service providers and personnel consultants, together with the customer, often draw up an advertisement for the vacancy the customer wants to fill.
